Dear Barbara:
Please find the enclosed resubmittal package that responds to the issues of concern in
your letter dated April 9, 1999, and comments contained in the memorandum from the project
engineer dated March 30, 1999.
The enclosed plans include the redesign of Lots 1, 2 and 3 per the suggestions stated in
both your letter and the memorandum. The stepped lots have reduced the amount of grading
and importing of dirt for the project. The revised plans are also more compatible with the
existing terrain and the hillside development criteria. The five-foot fence on Lot 4 has been
removed within the 20' front yard setback, as requested. The other technical modifications
identified have been corrected and are included within the enclosed plans.
