The impact is not limited to only those whose signature appears upon such notice. It is our understanding that this development approval hearing is scheduled for September 1,1999. No public notification has been received by any party herein affected and request for notification is inclusive with this notice. On July 26,1999, a verbal notification was given to Barbara Kennedy, City Planner in charge of this project of the concern for the impact of this project to the surrounding neighborhood. A request was made for any Impact Studies performed and none was made available. A copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment along with it's Mitigated Negative Declaration dated 7-12-99 was received on August 3,1999 and substantial erroneous "non-impact" findings were cited relating to but not limited to: Geological problems, Water, Utilities and Service Systems as well as Aesthetics. We hereby request a review of said Environmental Impact Assessment dated 7-6-99. Specific and/or additional findings will be forthcoming. We respectfully request your attention and concern in this matter. It is our desire and hope that the co-operation of the Developer, City Planning Dept., City Council and Concerned Citizens can be mitigated to the betterment of this development and the entire community.
