Conforming Tentative Map
On Wednesday, October 20,1999, Carlsbad "Bad 98-21, Specific Development PJao 9^-24 awl
Hillside Development Permit 98-23 were approved by the Planning Commission and we are now
awaiting approval from the City Council.
At that meeting, MSK Management, Inc. agreed to lower the finished floor elevation of Lot 6 by
two feet from elevation 304.0 to an elevation of 302.0. This revision will increase the wall
heights Oil the east and north sides of Lot 6 by 2 feet; reduce the height of the wall on the west
side by 2 feet; and add a 2 foot wall or a 2 foot slope on the south side.
We propose to process a "Com^orming Tentative Map" to illustrate these changes upon receipt of
the signed Tentative Map and approval of tte Tentative Map by me City (^uncil.

continuing this project to completion.
