Pursuant to our telephone conversation, this is to confirm our recommendations for
: additional planting at the Seaview Development in Carlsbad, California.
Lot I
I Add 5 gallon Bougainvillea 'San Diego Red' at 10' o.c. along top of crib wall along the
south property line and allow to cascade down over the wall.
Lot 9
In bare area between brow ditch and fenceline, add Gazania groundcover (species to
match currently planted) from flats at 12" o.c,.
