Dear Ms. Kennedy:
Seaview has decided to drop their appeal to the Planning Commission of the referenced
decision (wherein the department declined to approve the amendment of their CC&Rs). As such,
they hereby request a refund of the $440 fee which they paid on May 24,2004 (a copy of the receipt
is enclosed).
Please send the refund check to my office, payable to "Feist, Vetter, Knauf & Loy Trust
