RE: SEAVIEW MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, LLC/INC.
Dear Ms. Morgosh:
I understand that your client's have agreed to re-record the individual property owners'
easements back to Seaview Maintenance Association, LLC ensuring that the
responsibility for maintenance, repair and replacement of the slopes rests with the
homeowner's association as conditioned for approval of CT 98-21 in Planning
Commission Resolution No. 4614.
Please send me copies of all of the recorded documents from the nine individual
property owners to confirm that this has been done. If I do not receive the copies of
recordation by the end of business April 25, 2005, I will assume that I need to proceed
with recording a Notice of Non-Compliance with the Notice of Restriction for each of the
nine properties as outlined in the Planning Director's letter of May 14, 2004.
