Dear Mr. Henthorn:
Please include the following in the 10 sets of plans for the Planning Commission
meeting:
1. The Architectural Plans need to include all exterior elevations. Please be sure that all
exterior elevations show the building height from finish grade. Provide call-outs for
exterior building materials.
2. Please revise the pad elevations for the new residences as shown on the Architectural
Site Sections so that they correspond with the finish pad elevations shown on the
Engineer’s plans.
3. The Landscape Fencing Plan needs to be revised to include gates along the rear fence
lines in order to provide access to the drainage channels.
4. Please submit revised/additional sheets as noted reduced to 8 % ” x 11”.
Also, please submit colored building elevations and landscape plan (unmounted), and a
color and materials board prior to October 6, 1999.
