The Developer's should be aware of the following:
a) Meet with the Fire Marshal to establish fire protection requirements (fire sprinkler system, fire
detector check assembly, fire department connection, fire hydrant - number & location)
b) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss potable water meter locations, and the
potable water pipeline system (fire detector check valve, fire hydrant locations and all other
water main appurtenances). These improvements must be shown on an approved set of design
plans to be signed by the District Engineer.
c) The Developer must also establish in cooperation with the District the areas required to be
irrigated with recycled water and receive approval for the irrigation meter location. The irrigation
meter must be shown on an approved set of design plans to be signed by the District Engineer.
