HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 98-23; La Costa Greens; Tentative Map (CT) (30)c FILE COPY ''W -v».^ City of Carlsbad Planning Department REVISED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to you, because your interest may be affected, that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 1999, to consider a request for approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Tentative Tract Map, Planned Development Permit, Special Use Permit, and Hillside Development Permit to grade and develop a nine lot, five unit residential planned development on a 1.19 acre site located on the north side of La Costa Avenue between El Camino Real and Viejo Castilla Way, within Local Facilities Management Zone 6 and more particularly described as: Lots 9 and 10 of La Costa Greens, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No. 6708, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August 10, 1970. Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after November 12, 1999. The time within which you may judicially challenge this Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Tentative Tract Map, Planned Unit Development, Special Use Permit, and Hillside Development Permit, if approved, is established by state law and/or city ordinance, and is very short. If you challenge the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Tentative Tract Map, Planned Unit Development, Special Use Permit, and Hillside Development Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
