Substantial Conformance review.
Dear Elaine:
Per your requirement we are submitting an application for review for substantial conformance. There are
no significant changes. The changes have been highlighted(2"*p by the architect. Without doing an
analytical comparison with the exhibits submitted to you for approval there are no noticeable changes in
the site plan. Except for the entry changes on plans B,E and F all the changes apply to Plan A. The
changes to plan A were for either structural or functional purposes. These changes only enhanced the
exterior elevation. There are no changes regarding size, height or the architectural guidelines for small
lots.
