Dear Elaine:
The project has been revised to comply with all regulations including guest parking requirements, active
and passive recreation area. Our density is below the controlled growth low density regulations on an
overall basis.
We believe we have complied to all staff recommendations and hope to get this to planning commission
as soon as possible.
I hope you concur and agree with these final changes.

Per our meeting on November 22 - enclosed is the site plan for the new parking
configuration at Unit C. You will notice the 2 parking spaces shown are compact spaces located a
minimum of 5' from the building. I have not yet made the other changes you requested, but we are
hoping to get your approval on this issue before we proceed. Thank you for your help.
