RESUBMITTAL IN RESPONSE TO THE CITY'S LETTER DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1999
AND CONCERN LETTER DATED September 16, 1999.
Dear Elaine:
The project has been revised to comply with all regulations including guest parking requirements, active
and passive recreation area. Our density is below the controlled growth low density regulations and
thusly the common recreation could be passive However it is designed for active or passive recreation.
We have always proposed one (1) second dwelling unit not two (2) which will Plan A on lot four (4).
We have discussed the sight distance corridor issues with Jeremy Riddle of the engineering department
and have modified the plans according to these discussions and his approval. The fire and trash
turnaround meet or exceed the regulations.
We have read all the regulations and our architect and engineer have complied to or exceeded the
standards.
I hope you concur and agree with these final changes.
