Dear Mr. Buckmaster:
Per your request, we are addressing finish grade drainage for the subject project.
Finish grade drainage recommendations should include 2% minimum fall away from all
foundation zones. A landscape architect and/or the engineer of work should be employed to
provide finish grade drainage recommendations and incorporate area drains and underground
pipe drains where needed.
