The following changes were made at the request of the Owner, to enhance the quality and aesthetics of the project: A1 A1 No change A1.1 A2 No change A1.2 A3 No change A2.A A5 The accessory unit entry was recessed to enhance the front elevation. Arches were added to the front elevation. An exterior door to the Powder Room was eliminated.. The layout of the accessory unit was modified with no impact to required area or exterior elevations. The storage area was eliminated along the left garage wall and added to the back wall and below the stair, resulting in a reduction of 5 cu. ft., yet maintaining compliance to the minimum requirement. A2.B A7 The entry was recessed to enhance the front elevation. The plumbing was flipped at the second floor bathroom. A2.C-E A9 The storage area of Unit C was expanded with no reduction of required garage area. The first floor interior of Units D and E were reconfigured with no impact to area or exterior elevations. The storage area at the Unit D garage was shown to have doors opening to the garage, rather than the exterior, and storage was added below the stair yet maintaining compliance. The second floor of Unit D was revised to reflect a stacked condition over the first floor, as the previous design would have encroached into the required 15'x15' backyard, with no impact on coverage or elevation articulation requirements. The storage area of Unit E was expanded with no impact on required garage area. A2.F A12 Windows were added at the second floor Master Bedroom and the Bath. A2.GH A14 The first floor interior of Unit H was reconfigured with no impact to area. The fireplaces were eliminated at the first floor of Plans G and H to allow for addition of an arched window with positive aesthetic impact to the front elevation. As you disallowed inclusion of the second floor storage area in the storage requirement calculation, the first floor Powder at Units G and H were reduced with the space being assigned to storage in the garage, resulting in more storage than req'd. A3.A A6 Added arches and window trim to enhance elevations. A3.B A6 Added arches and window trim to enhance elevations. A3C-E A10 Reconfigured windows; added arches and window trim to enhance elevations. A3C-E A11 Reconfigured windows; added arches and window trim to enhance elevations.
