SUBJECT: STREET NAME APPROVALS FOR CT 99-02, POINSETTIA COVE
The following street names have been approved for use in the above-listed
subdivision, however, the items listed below must be submitted prior to Planning
Department approval of the final map. These names should be included on the final
map and all improvement plans. A map delineating street locations is attached.
