Subject: CT 99-02 Poinsettia Properties
Barbara: We have no project conditions so long as the second egress is provided per our telecon.
However I would like to include the following code reminders:
1. Fire hydrants and streets must be installed, approved and operating prior to the commencement of
combustible construction.
2. Prior to approval of water improvements, the developer must submit a street diagram drawn to a scale
of 1 inch equals 400 feet. The diagram shall be drawn on mylar and shall depict the following :
a. The locations of all streets in the project
b. Street names
c. The locations of all fire hydrants
d. All points of connection to existing streets
