As requested, minor revisions have been made to the attached plans for Poinsettia Cove. This
resubmittal includes the following items:
> Redline check print from your latest review of the Engineering plans
*• Three (3) sets of revised Tentative Map, Condominium Permit Plan, Constraints
Map and Deck/Trellis Exhibit
> One (1) Detail - Maintenance Responsibility exhibit
> Three (3) sets of Floor Plans/Elevations
> A letter describing reasons for reducing the anticipated density of Planning Area 7
The revised landscape plans are not available at this time but will be submitted to you on
Monday, June 14. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need any additional information
