SUBJECT: Poinsettia Cove (CT 99-02)
As requested, attached are eleven (11) sets of plans for Poinsettia Cove (CT 99-20) which
include the Tentative Map, Condominium Permit Plan, floor plans and elevations and landscape
plans. Reductions of all of the plans (8.5" x 11") are also included with this submittal, as is a
color street scene (large and small scale).
When the Tentative Map and Condominium Permit applications were submitted for this project
Poinsettia Investors, LLC owned the property. Shea Homes, LP is the current property owner.
Therefore, the Land Use Review Application., Disclosure Statement, and Public Facilities Fee
Agreement have been revised to reflect current property ownership.
The originals of these revised forms are attached, along with two additional copies of the Public
Facilities Fee Agreement. Three copies of the Owner's Policy of Title Insurance are provided
with this submittal. A revised Preliminary Title Report is being prepared and will be submitted
to you as soon as it becomes available.
