As we have discussed, attached are four sets of the revised Tentative Map Condominium
Permit Plan and Landscape Plan, for Planning Area 7 of the Poinsettia Properties Specific
Plan (CT 99-02). Also attached is a set of plans from Larry Black's first preliminary
review of 3-29-99.
As requested, a letter from our soils engineer regarding pesticide residues has been
prepared and is included with this re-submittal along with a letter from RECON regarding
noise effects on the project from the re-alignment of Carlsbad Boulevard.

As requested, attached is a copy of the view corridor analysis which was required for the Master
Tentative Map for the Poinsettia Properties Specific Plan. I have included a 8.5" x 11" color copy
of the exhibit showing the locations of the view lines of sight along with a large scale line of sight
exhibit. If you are interested in the slides associated with the attached exhibit titled Slide & Photo
Locations/Directions please see Dee Landers (these slides were part of the Master Tentative Map
application for the Specific Plan).
As specified in your issues letter for CT 99-02,1 have enclosed an additional copy of the site
photos. A Maintenance Responsibility detail is also being provided as was required for Planning
Area 8. Items being resubmitted are as follows:
1) Ten (10) copies of the Tentative Map
2) Ten (10) copies of the Condominium Permit Plan
3) Ten (10) copies of the Steep Slope Analysis
4) Ten (10) copies of the Site Profiles
5) Ten (10) copies of the Landscape Plans
