Dear Terry:
Enclosed is a first draft of the re-vegetation plan text prepared by Mitch Beauchamp of Pacific
Southwest Biological Services, Inc. for 10.5 acres of re-vegetation on the CalTrans parcel in
Carlsbad. You had indicated about a week ago when we talked that you need this plan to include
in the agreement between the state and developer of the grassland re-vegetation plan.
As I indicated, we would like to grade this next September, and we will need to have the agreement
and the plan approved prior to that time.
Please look over the text that Mitch prepared and provide me with any comments. I look forward
to hearing from you.
