The following comments apply to Spyglass II CT 99-09:
1. We have made several redlined comments on Sheet 2.
2. The existing sewer pipeline shown on the property adjacent to El Camino
Real does not exist and shall be deleted.
3. The sewer pipelines shown on the plans for the tract are acceptable.
However, the plans shall show the existing sewer lateral for the building
located on the north side of Carlsbad Village Drive, and also show the
existing 8-inch diameter VCP crossing El Camino Real.
4. The water pipeline alignment in the tract is acceptable. It shall connect to the
existing 8-inch diameter pipeline on the south side of the tract in Appian
Road.
5. The water connection at Carlsbad Village Drive and Avenida De Anita shall
be deleted because it is in a different pressure zone from what is required for
the subject tract.
6. The water pipeline for the tract shall be installed in Carlsbad Village Drive to
the existing water pipeline in Appian Road east of the tract. An offsite water
pipeline is required.
7. The plans shall show the existing 16-inch diameter DIP in El Camino Real.
8. The plans shall show the existing 10-inch diameter ACP in El Camino Real as
abandoned.
9. Any onsite irrigation for the open space lots shall be designed to use recycled
water in conformance with District standards.
