Van,
Based upon the information in your most recent email as well as Planning Commission Resolution 4686, it
would appear that the Commission will have found the vacation to be consistent with the General Plan as
long as it occurs prior to, or concurrent with, the recordation of the Final Map.

The map for Spyglass has not recorded. It is in the final stages of the process to be sent to CC for
approval. Hopefully in the next couple of months. Frank is out of the country until August I believe.

I've had the chance to review the Planning Commission materials that Van sent me related to Spyglass in
relation to whether the vacation will need to go to the Planning Commission for a General Plan
consistency finding.
Question- has the final map recorded? If not, we should be OK and it will not need to go to the Planning
Commission. If it recorded, things might be a bit more difficult and the process lengthier. Please advise.
