CORRECTIONS TO CT 99-08: SPYGLASS II- CONDITIONS
Please make the following corrections to the Engineering Conditions:
1. Drop Condition No, 47.A.
2. Add the following condition after Condition No. 47:
The traffic signal at the intersection of Carlsbad Village Drive and
Avenida de Anita/Appian Road is a Circulation System Traffic Signal.
The City will enter into an agreement with the developer prior to
recordation of the final map, so that the developer can obtain
proportionate share reimbursement for the traffic signal from the
City.
