The developer is not required to extend the water distribution pipeline in Carlsbad Village Drive.
The developer is required to install a 8-inch diameter water pipeline in all streets to provide potable water
service to each residence and for irrigation.
The developer is required to terminate each water pipeline with a fire hydrant. The water pipelines shall
not be connected to the existing lower pressure water pipeline in Carlsbad Village Drive.

The applicant's engineer tells me that the water conditions need to be changed. Please let me know what
these changes are by 11-23-99 AM. so I can incorporate then into the package to the Planning
Commission.
