This memo accompanies the revised Site Plan for Rancho Carrillo's Village N which has been
updated pursuant to our discussions. The latest modifications have been circled in red for your
review. Please note that the landscape plans have changed as well, to reflect these revisions.
From your comments we have extended the wall behind Buildings 8, 9 and 12 and pulled the
buildings back to give them a 15 foot setback. Therefore, along street "C", the setbacks are
ranging from 15' to 18'.
Also modified was Building 24. This building was shifted 15" away from the Common Active
Recreation Area to give the Rec Area 490 more square feet. All other minor revisions have been
addressed, per your letter, to complete this project to the City's satisfaction. Please review these
revisions and give me a call. As soon as we hear from you we will be ready to submit exhibits
for a Planning Commission hearing. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
