The Engineering Department has completed its review of the subject project for application
completeness. The application and plans submitted for this project are incomplete and
unsuitable for further engineering review due to the following missing or incomplete items:
1 . Provide a note on the plans that storm drain within the project boundaries is a private
storm drain, and indicate where the private storm drain connects to the public storm
drain system.
2. On the typical street cross sections, add a note to each private drive cross section
designating it as a "public utility and access easement".
