Hope you had a great time in Hawaii. I bet it feels let that was long ago. You maybe aware of the
issue that came up in our pre-con for Village N (CT 99-09) regarding the archeological
observation (Item # 19 of the grading plan notes).
It is my understanding that there is no need to hire an archeologist to observe the grading
operation since the site has been previously mass graded (with archeological observation).
The Engineering Inspector is asking for a note, e-mail, etc confirming this is true from the
Planning Department. His name is Duane Soileau with Simon & Wong (the City's contracted
inspection company). /
Please call to let me know this is OK or if you have any questions.
FYI, the CC&R's have been rewritten to include all your comments and I will get you a copy of
the recorded set prior to Final Inspection. Wt so you know the CC&R's will get recorded after
the Final Map and the Condo Plan records. We^should have the Final Map in a couple of weeks
(per Mike S). I estimate the CC&R's will record in a Month or so.
