LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located east of Black Rail Road between Poinsettia Lane and Aviara Parkway and within the boundaries of the Zone 20 Specific Plan and Local Facilities Management Plan. If you challenge the Zone Change, Local Coastal Program Amendment, Tentative Tract Map, Hillside Development Permit, and Coastal Development Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad prior to the public hearing. 1. ADpeals to the Citv Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be filed in writing within ten (1 0) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2.
