Thank you for taking the time to discuss the Buerger single family project.
Also, please thank Clyde for attending as well.
As it relates to the applications, fees and agreements currently on file at the
City, the Buerger Trust is interested in knowing if they can continue to
process under the existing applications. The Buerger Trust is still and has
always been the owner of the site (since early 80's). Western Pacific Housing
(WPH) was under contract to process a tentative map, but as of February of
2000 WPH decided not to proceed, therefore, the Buerger Trust would like to
know if they can "pick up the pieces" and continue with the current
applications of the Tentative Map.
The request is to get a determination from the City Planing Department that
the Buerger Trust can proceed under the current applications and does not
need to resubmit a complete and new set of applications, drawings, etc.
