RE: Buerger 12 Lot Tentative Map - Zone 20
Dear Anne:
A while back you had requested that I send over a letter as it relates to the
status of the Buerger Tentative Map processing. As we discussed in our
meeting at the City, Western Pacific Housing is no longer under any
Contractual Agreement to purchase the property. Therefore, the Buergers
(legal owners) have requested that they continue to pursue the map that is on
file at the City.
The reason for the delay is that the Buergers are 80 years old and the property
is in a Charitable Remainder Uni-Trust and there are a lot of hands involved.
However, this has all been resolved and the Buergers would like to initiate
the tentative map once again.
It was my understanding at our last meeting with you and Clyde that he had
already prepared conditions and that there were a couple final lot layout
issues that you would like for us to address. I would like to set up a meeting

with our project engineer and yourself along with Clyde so we may address
any final last concerns.
