RE: Buerger Planning Commission Date
In our recent phone conversation today, I was very surprised to have you suggest that we
would be looking at a Planning Commission date in March.
With the environmental notification period ending January .12,2001 and engineering and
fire conditions already provided to you this seems to be quite excessive. The last 45 days
(he only issues that have been of any significance was the fire suppression zone in which
Mike Smith provided conditions on the project the; following day of the meeting and
secondly, a small wall at lot 4.
I would hope that you can find time to prepare the staff report so we may be scheduled for
the February 21 date. Thank you.
