Please accept the enclosed 5 copies of the revised Tentative Map along with
the original "red-line City copy" addressing the issues. Bill and Anita are
excited that the project is back on track at the City. Please call with any
questions.
SUMMARY
1. Removed the PUD requirement because of two lots that did not
conform to the R-l Zoning. Those two lots have been revised
and are greater than 7,500 s.f.
2. Revised access to lot 4 and 5 to address driveway concerns.
3. Re-designed lots 7-10 to address lot drainage - those lots pads will
now drain to street B.
4. Updated the cover page to the Tentative Map
