At the Planning Commission meeting of February 16, 2000, your application was considered. The
Commission voted 4-O (Heineman/Segall/L’Heureux Absent) to APPROVE your request for Master
Plan Amendment and RECOMMEND APPROVAL your request for a Tentative Tract Map and
Condominium Permit. The decision of the Planning Commission is advisory and will be forwarded to
the City Council.
