Revisions are as follows: TENTATIVE MAP: • Number 6 of the General Notes (Existing/Proposed Zoning) has been changed from PC to RDM. • Auto court walls have been added to buildings 4, 6, 8 and 11. The rear setback on building 9 has not been properly dimensions and the turning movement exhibit on sheet 3 of the Tentative Map has not been modified to show how turning movements will work with the auto court walls. I have reminded Hunsaker of these revisions, which are currently in progress. LANDSCAPE PLAN: • Auto court walls have been added to buildings 4, 6, 8 and 11. • The access gate (behind building 11) to the pool area has been relocated so that it is centered under the arch in the auto court wall. You had also suggested that we remove the Tipu tree from the plans. I spoke to John Patterson at Gillespie and he has stated that he has no problem with removing this tree as a planting option. John did not want to revise the landscape concept plan at this time, 5900 Pasteur Court • Suite 150 • Carlsbad • CA 92008 • (760)438-1465 • Fax: (760)438-2443 however, unless there were objections to taking it to Planning Commission as is. Architectural Plans: • Sheets 6, 7, 8,13,14,19,20,25 and 26 have been revised to show a maximum roof height of 3 5 feet. • The note for the rear auto court wall has been revised to read "Site Specific; See Site Plan". I spoke to Steve Wallet at Stark to determine whether photographs of a similar project are available. Steve said that this is a new product and that he is not aware of any similar projects we could use to accurately depict this project. If you have any questions or if you notice anything else we should revise before printing sets for Planning Commission please call me at 438-1465. Sincerely, Stuart Fisk cc. Stefan LaCasse
