Issues:
1. Site design does not appear to meet city cul-de-sac standards. Therefore, additional access is
required. Emergency access does not mitigate non-conformance with access standards.
2. Prior to Fire Department approval of water improvement plans, the developer shall submit a 400 scale
plan on mylar depicting streets and street center lines, hydrant locations and two points of connection to
existing roadways.

2. All buildings must be protected throughout by automatic fire sprinklers.
3. Use of combustible materials in construction may not begin fire hydrants are operational and an all
weather access road is provided for emergency services.
