1. The developer shall be required to clearly indicate and disclose at
point of sale, the following rear yard restrictions:
Lots 1.2 and 3: Rear yard landscaping must conform to
landscape design proposed and approved. No variations are permitted.
Future structural improvements or additions such as room additions,
decks or patio covers, etc., which would project into the fire suppression
landscape zones are prohibited.
Lot 3: Structure must be constructed and maintained in
accordance with Section 504 of the Urban Wildland Interface Code, a
copy of which will be provided by the developer at point of sale.
