In response to Land Use Review Application for the subject project, CMWD provides the following
comments:
a) Meet with the City Fire Marshal and establish fire protection requirements (fire hydrant locations,
etc.).
b) The extension of the 8" PVC water line and 8" PVC sewer main within Skimmer Court is
approved as shown. The pipe line sizes and materials should be shown on the tentative map.
c) Meet with the District's Project Engineer to discuss potable water meter, recycled water meter
and sewer lateral locations. These facilities should be shown on the tentative map and located
within the public right-of-way.
d) The water meter to serve the Saska Property should be shown on the tentative map and the
location approved by the District.
e) The Developer must also work with the District to establish the areas required to be irrigated
with recycled water, if any. The colored recycled water use map should be submitted and
approved by the District, as soon as possible.
