STEINER PROPERTY - CONDITIONS ERRATA SHEET
Please make the following corrections to the Engineering Conditions in Planning Commission
Resolution No. 4702:
1. Please replace Engineering Condition 41. On-site Improvements Item B. with the following:
Improvements to Poinsettia Lane as follows:
1) Within the subdivision boundary: Full-width improvements.
2) Along project boundary abutting Poinsettia Lane: Full half-width plus 18 feet
southerly of the south median curb improvements, including full width
grading, transitions, drainage facilities, median curbs, etc., as identified in the
Aviara Parkway-Poinsettia Lane Bridge and Thoroughfare District.
A reimbursement agreement shall be approved prior to design and construction.
2. Please delete from Engineering Condition 41 Off-site Improvements Item A the words Oriole
Court and.
