Saska property private improvements for the Steiner Property ("Viadanna") Dear Mr. Fulgenzi: Please let this letter serve as our written confirmation that Western Pacific Housing (WPH) has made arrangements with Ms. Isabel R. Saska, owner of the property located at 6721 El Camino Real, to complete certain private improvements (such as the making the permanent hook up of electrical, cable television, and phone from end the new cul de sac, re-paving their driveway to the new drive approach, installing a combination glass and block wall along the common property line, installing additional landscaping at the common property line, replacing a window with one way glass for privacy, etc.) between the private parties of WPH and Ms. Saska. This commitment was made voluntarily between the private parties and is NOT a requirement of any City of Carlsbad condition of approval or requirement. We made these arrangements as apart of our company philosophy of cooperating with and respecting our neighbors of the communities in which with build our new homes. We have had extensive dialogue and meetings with the Saska's and have an excellent relationship with them. WPH therefore respectively ask that our building finals and occupancy for the nine Viadanna "Steiner Subdivision" homes be immediately released today as not to delay the closings of escrows (for today and tomorrow) and move-ins of our new homeowners for this weekend. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. ?mcerelyN Scot 1C. SamMtro Vice President rich, City of Carlsbad Planner Isabel R.
