Dear Pat,
In response to your comment on the report for CT-99-14/PUD 99-06 with
regards to proximity of structures to property lines please note that the
duplex structures will be entirely of 1-hour construction with protected
eaves etc. with property lines up the center of double stud party walls.
The one single unit structure will be Type VN with standard set backs.
All information specific to these conditions is forthcoming with working drawings
that will be produced after Planning Dept. approval of concept.
