Dear Barbara;
I am the owner of the property contiguous to the west of the property that will be built on by
Regency Development on, Unicomio Street, known as APN # 215-360-18.
I have agreed to allow the builder to abut my fence with his fence sides. This would, in
effect, create a single party wall fence between the two properties. There is no sense in him having
to build another fence right next to mine.
He. in turn, has agreed to power wash the back of my existing fence, and paint or stain it, as
well as make minor repairs to it that are mutually agreeable to both of us.
