SUBJECT: CT 99-14/PUD 99-06 - THE REGENCY
Please revise Planning Commission Resolution 4691. condition # 24. as follows:
24. The Developer shall dedicate to the HOA on the final map, an open space easement
for those portions of lot 8 which are in slopes to prohibit any encroachment or
development, including but not limited to fences, walls, decks, storage buildings,
pools, spas, stairways and landscaping, as shown on Exhibit "A".
