SUBJECT: CT 99-14/PUD 99-06 - The Regency
Dear Mr. Reeder,
A couple additional items came up during preparation of the staff report and resolution. Please
incorporate the following changes to the plans prior to making the sets for the Planning
Commission hearing. The corrections are as follows:
Tentative Map:
1. Eliminate the 2 foot high slope at the rear of lots 9 and 10 by installing a retaining wall
adjacent to the existing fence. Drainage may not be directed towards the adjacent
properties.
Landscape Plans:
2. Please reduce the height of the stucco wall along Unicornio Street to 5 feet high to improve
the aesthetics of the streetscape.
3. The decorative paving may not be located within the public right-of-way (r.o.w.1. Please
adjust the paving in the r.o.w. at the entrance to the private streets so that it is at least 10
feet from the curb.
If you would like to submit two check sets with these revisions and the revisions requested in
my letter dated October 28’h, I would be happy to look it over prior .to your submittal of the
sets required for the Planning Commission meeting.
