Dear Van,
This letter is in response to your Issues of Concern document, dated September 13,
1999.
ITEM 1: Elevation from El Camino Real
Refer to Detail 1, Sheet 7.
ITEM 2: Relocating Two (2) carports near El Camino Real
Refer to Site Plan, Sheet 1. The Two (2) carport which bordered the setback line
along El Camino Real have been relocated across the driveway adjacent the
buildings.
ITEM 3: Cross Section through property from El Camino Real
Refer to Detail 2, Sheet 7.
ITEM 4: Sidewalks adjacent parking with overhang
The typical sidewalk plus curb width for this project is 6'-0", which would allow the
minimum required clear width of 4'-0" and 2'-0" overhang. No modifications have
been made.
ITEM 5: Arch and seating
Refer to Detail 4, Sheet 6 for elevation of arch structure. Refer to Site Plan,
Sheet 1 for labeling of benches.
ITEM 6: Pedestrian walk from Priestly Drive (near La Place Court)
Refer to Site Plan, Sheet 1.

ITEM 7: Hare/scape walkway extension across drive aisle
Refer to Site Plan, Sheet 1.
ITEM 8: Scales used on drawings
As indicated on Sheet 1, the Site Plan is drawn utilizing a 1"=40'-0" scale,
whereas, the floor plans and exterior elevations are utilizing a 3/32"=1'-0" scale.
These scale were selected in order to provide the largest images possible on a
24x36 sheet.
ITEM 9: Project numbers on site plan
Refer to Sheet 1, upper right-hand corner.
