It is my understanding that per your conversation today with Scott Cairns, you will proceed with the
Planning Plan Check for the above referenced project prior to the Planning Commission Hearing. We
appreciate your assistance in this matter. Per your suggestion we will contact the Engineering
Department directly to request that they proceed with the Engineering Plan Check prior to the
Planning Commission Hearing.
