Dear Mr. Lynch:
SANDAG staff has reviewed the proposal to develop a nine-building office complex.
SANDAG's Airport Land Use Commission rules and regulations authorize staff to make a
comment if the proposal is consistent with the McQellan-Palomar Comprehensive Land Use
Plan. The SANDAG Board of Directors, serving as the region's Airport Land Use Commission,
has not reviewed the following comment:
The project site is intersected by the 60-community noise equivalent level contour.
Please refer to the attached map. The proposed office use is a compatible use for
this site. The site could be impacted by aircraft operations from McQellan-
Palomar Airport and appropriate tenant notification of the site's proximity to the
airport is recommended.
