Attached to this letter is a checklist that identifies the specific areas reviewed and the committee's findings. The plans were found to be complete and in accordance with the CRC standards and are therefore deemed "APPROVED." With this approval you are free to move on to the next step in the development process. Note that a design detail for the trash enclosure was not included in the plans. Please provide such a detail so that the ARC may confirm that the enclosures meets the CRC standards. The standard requires that "all outdoor refuse containers be visually screened within a durable six feet or higher non-combustible enclosure." Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
