However, where the original CRC development was put together, traffic reports where studied at that time to determine circulation requirements and street improvements required. This project conforms to intended use (and the assumptions of the original traffic report). Based on this, the circulation should not have to revisited for an internal application such as this. The infrastructure have already been sized. Let me know if we need to meet and discuss this further. The streets adjacent to the project site, Faraday Drive, are adequate to serve the traffic volumes generated by this project." In the past, Planning Commission wants to know what the current ADT is for the streets impacted by the project so they can add the 1,224 ADT generated by the project and determine adequacy. If this can be supplied it would be appreciated. Thanks, Van
