1. Developer must provide monuments signs at each entrance which
clearly indicate the addresses of the buildings on the site.

1. Per Carlsbad Municipal Code and the Uniform Fire Code, all
sprinkler systems install to protect the building shell must be
hydraulically calculated and equipped in such a manner as to readily
permit extension of automatic fire sprinkler protection into future
building improvements.
