property, along with the hazardous waste and substances statement, environmental impact
assessment form, disclosure statement, preliminary title report dated July 19,2001, our client’s check
#4425 in the amount of $1,585.00 made payable to the City of Carlsbad, one elevation colored
board, one site plan board, and one photo board, and ten copies of plans. Upon your review, please
